My Coaching Philosophy:
Is to provide individuals and organisations the platform for personal growth via individual, group or team coaching services. I coach the individual or teams that cater for the complexities of modern life providing the individual the growth platform that fulfils their need in the role, for the organisation and in their personal life. I always reference the key question:‘’What does the situation, the person and the team need next?’’ Coaching is primarily about the goals of the coachee and how to achieve them. Ownership and control over their personal advancements through a personalised and dedicated framework lead to the best chance for success – for the individual as well as the organisation. All that ensures the coachee develops new ways of thinking and creates new behavior patterns that form the basis of the development process while also taking on process-and solution-oriented methods for problem solving.
